Associates Scholarships

Financial resources are available for Co-Coordinators to attend Province-wide events.  To request a scholarship, download and submit the scholarship request form.


Guidelines for Becoming an Associate These guidelines were prepared by the Associates Committee in December 2011 to assist with candidates inquiring about becoming associated with the Society of the Sacred Heart.Click here to download a copy of the guidelines.

Associates Medal

At the biennial Associate Committee - United States Canada (AC-USC) in April 2016, the committee formally adopted a symbol.  Download a copy of the October 2016 letter introducing the symbol.  If your Associates group wants to order medals, download and fill out the order form.

Associates Bookmark
The Associates Bookmark can be modified by each area to highlight and emphasize unique aspects of the Associates Group in that area.

Associates Resource Booklet A resource book was compiled of books, websites, and other resources for use by individual Associates and Associate Groups. The Resource list is available here. 


Associates Bookmark Anne Wente RSCJ emailed the Associates Bookmark master to Associate Coordinators for local printing and distribution. Additionally, you can download the bookmarks for either laser printer (here) or print master (here).

Sacred Heart Spirituality in a Globalized World Conference
From July 7 to 11, 2010, approximately 250 RSCJ, Associates, Network colleagues, and collaborators and friends of the Society of the Sacred Heart met at Stone Ridge for a conference entitled Sacred Heart Spirituality in a Globalized World.
